The hotel is housed in a 200 years old corner building situated at three blocks off Calle 60, Merida's Main Street, and at few minutes walk from museums, parks, restaurants and markets. Comes fully furnished and ready to go for the next owner.

This quaint inn of eight double rooms and one master suite feature large rooms with modern en-suite bathrooms, antique mosaic floors of Moorish and French designs, cedar and mahogany carpentry, large windows displaying wrought iron intricate works and other details that reflect Merida's turn-of-the-century charm. Guest rooms also exhibit brand new silent AC units, mini fridges and independent water heating systems.

Common areas include a reception lobby with a lounge area where guests can surf the WiFi Internet, watch satellite TV or listen to music, a central courtyard with a water fountain and a lush garden (this is where a complementary breakfast is served every morning).
